Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on used items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if a full or reduced refund is approved. A reduced refund may be applied if the returned product has diminished value. Once approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
